Pearce Hire Invests in Cameo ZENIT W600 – Washlights Brighten Up UK

Since late 2018, Pearce Hire customers have been able to use ZENIT W600 LED washlights from the Adam Hall Group’s own brand Cameo for their projects.

Pearce Hire General Manager Jim Brown has invested in a total of 24 ZENIT W600s, and to date his experience with the flexible and powerful LED washlights has been excellent: “We had a shoot-out, in which we put the W600 against comparable models from other manufacturers. With regards to performance, quality of workmanship and price, Cameo emerged as the clear winner,” confirms Jim Brown. “Then we took a few units on site during the harsh winter months to test their outdoor operational capability in the rain, snow and ice. What else can I say? We immediately placed an order for 24 units.”

ZENIT W600
The ZENIT W600 augments the Cameo ZENIT® series with a flexible LED washlight featuring 40 x 15 W RGBW Cree LEDs for an impressive 21,000 lumens of brightness and consistent, powerful colour blending. In order to provide event technology, corporate and broadcast users with a high degree of colour fidelity and convenience, the ZENIT W600 utilises high-resolution 16-bit technology for professional quality colour changes and smooth dimmer transition. In addition to the standard DMX and RDM connections and sophisticated automatic programmes, the LED washlight also features a built-in 2.4 GHz W-DMX™ receiver for wireless transmission and reception of DMX commands in master or slave mode.

For maximum versatility, the new ZENIT W600 features the innovative SnapMag® technology from Cameo, which enables rapid changes of filter frames without any additional tools or disassembly. In addition to the separately available filters, other accessories include a 4-way barn door and a range of diffusers to create different beam angles and shapes.
